Four Generations, Two Learning Strategies, and One Ultimate Goal

We currently have four generations in the workplace.   It is a tricky situation and we have never had anything like that before.   Baby Boomers still dominate the workforce.  Generation X is tired of waiting for the Baby Boomers to retire.  Matures are ready to move to Florida and Generation Y is ready to move to another organization at the drop of a hat.   Your organization is trying to figure out how to best deal with Generation Y and not to antagonize the other three generations. When you talk to your customers, you talk about the solutions your organization can provide. Those solutions are made of the knowledge that is mostly stored in the heads of you employees.

In this session you will find out:

  • What ultimate goal the four generations in the workplace have in common.
  • What two learning strategies bring together all four generations we currently have in the workplace.
  • How to better manage the knowledge stored in the heads of your employees.
