Becoming a Data Driven Learning Leader

One of the benefits of CCCE membership is that anyone from your company can attend meetings. Please invite your colleagues.

To accommodate people with allergies to perfume the CCCE asks that attendees arrive scent-free for monthly meetings.

The most important resource for an organization is its people – so why is it so hard for L&D leaders to show the impact of their talent initiatives and programs?  This session focuses on how L&D leaders can demonstrate accountability for the business results of learning, and translate “L&D speak” into the language of a profit and investment centre. A variety of measurement tools will be discussed, including dashboards, budget forecasting, pre/post data and learning analytics. Make 2016 the year you focus on learning effectiveness from a people, customer and revenue perspective!

Objectives of the session:

Identify and evaluate different measurement tools that will help you, as a leader, demonstrate the business effectiveness of learning

Describe the financial merits and performance implications of the programs you lead and design

Value the need for evaluation roles and teams within learning
