eLearning Rollout at the City of Markham – Virtual Meeting

eLearning at The City of Markham

Valuable lessons from the rollout of eLearning for a Municipal Government

Though eLearning isn’t new, it’s still new to many organizations. Implementing eLearning in a municipal government presents unique challenges and demands creative solutions. Carroll Blair, from the City of Markham and Lesa Berec, from Userproof will describe how they partnered, what they did, and what they learned while implementing eLearning at City of Markham, from business case through the launch of phase 1.

Faced with very particular regulatory requirements, time constraints, technology issues and budget restrictions, Carroll and Lesa put their heads, skills and determination together to successfully launch eLearning. The focus of this presentation is on how to apply best practices and overcome hurdles every step of the way. While you may work for a very different kind of organization from a municipal government, this presentation will give you ideas for tackling challenges within your own unique environment. Whether you have experience with rolling out enterprise-wide eLearning or you are just beginning the journey, this presentation offers something of value for everyone.
