Fostering Innovation – Interactive Session

One of the benefits of CCCE membership is that anyone from your company can attend meetings. Please invite your colleagues.

To accommodate people with allergies to perfume the CCCE asks that attendees arrive scent-free for monthly meetings.

Join us for an interesting real world case entitled “Fostering Innovation” by Harvard Business Publishing.  This interactive session will include interactive group discussion, expert media insights and a review of the actual case outcomes.  Discussion will include:

  • Recognizing the actions leaders can take to enhance their employees’ creativity and capacity to innovate
  • Realizing that people are most creative and produce the most innovations when they are intrinsically motivated by the work they are doing
  • Knowing how to channel your employees’ creativity under time pressure
  • Understanding mistakes leaders make that inhibit their employees’ ability to innovate successfully
