Raising Employee Engagement through Authentic Leadership

The environment in which we do business is shifting, competition is intense, the pace of change is fast, and employees’ expectations are evolving. While RBC has benefited from sustained employee engagement for years, we knew that to truly capitalize on the diverse talent across our employee population, attract new talent and continue to be successful into the future we needed to evolve our leadership approach.

Speaker Biographies:

 Shannon Estabrook – Senior Manager Enterprise Learning, RBC shannon4

Shannon leads a team of Learning Designers responsible for creating learning programs that impact all 80,000 employees within RBC. Shannon’s team is responsible for RBC’s Management Development Program, RBC’s Professional Development Library and Core Enterprise-wide Ethics and Compliance Learning. The Design Innovation and Development group within her team are responsible for identifying new ways to design and deliver learning.

Kerri Jantzi – Senior Instructional Designer, RBCkerri - head shot 2

Kerri has over 17 years experience in building blended Learning solutions to help improve the performance of people managers and employees. Kerri is currently the anchor on RBC’s new Foundations of Management program that focuses on fundamental management skills for people managers. Her approach is to provide best in class, practical tools that managers can use immediately with their teams to truly make a difference.
