An intensive 1-Hour Seminar based upon Practical Management of Canada’s one-day Workshop

When we think of the topic of Strategic Thinking, most participants ultimately wish to study “thinking styles” that will allow them to develop solutions to driving organizational needs.  In business, strategy is almost always developed at very high levels, so when we consider this topic from a mid-level perspective, we usually need to factor in the existing strategic threads that have been developed for us.

This Strategic Thinking Skills seminar is designed to help participants build a quick thinking process that bridges the gap between today’s perceptions and tomorrow’s determined needs.  Participants will briefly study seven thinking styles and then pursue “Innovative Collaboration” as one team-based thinking tool that will offer options to promote strategic change.

This highly interactive seminar will see participants becoming members of strategic thinking “teams” within 5 minutes of the workshop start. Skills and techniques are presented, modeled and practised in the sequence in which they may practically occur within a typical work environment.

Upon completion of this seminar, participants will be able to:

  • Apply two thinking styles based on situational needs
  • Practice a thinking and presentation method that promotes innovative change and acceptance
  • Consider strategic thinking as a tool to drive vital change within your group back on the job
