Creating a continuous learning environment for your IT organization – Virtual Meeting

One of the benefits of CCCE membership is that anyone from your company can attend meetings. Please invite your colleagues.

Your IT department is under incredible pressure, facing a severe talent shortage (less than 0% unemployment), high turn-over (41% of IT staff surveyed plan to look for a new job in the next 12 months!), and significant skills gaps created by a rapidly changing IT environment. One way to combat all of these pressures is by creating an engaging Continuous Learning environment in IT. With Continuous Learning you can develop in-house IT talent and avoid having to try to hire scarce talent, you can make it more likely that people will stay in your IT organization because you are helping them develop their skills, and you can reduce the skills gaps in the organization.

During this session attendees will learn:

  • How to engage IT management and the IT team
  • How to find out what the key learning challenges are in IT
  • How to curate learning to align with key IT priorities
  • How to create a continuous IT learning environment using Skillsoft’s and other learning resources
  • More about Skillsoft’s IT learning resources to support continuous learning
