How the Workforce Learns

One of the benefits of CCCE membership is that anyone from your company can attend meetings. Please invite your colleagues.

To accommodate people with allergies to perfume the CCCE asks that attendees arrive scent-free for monthly meetings.

According to research by the Association for Talent Development (ATD), only 38% of learning and development (L&D) professionals think they’re ready to meet the needs of tomorrow’s learners. To help L&D teams better engage employees, Degreed conducted original research on 500+ employees from a variety of industries to understand the learning habits, values and culture of todays hyper-kinetic, hyper-connected workers. Join us to learn more about the near-future of L&D and how you and your team can adapt to the fast-changing workplace learning environment.

Learning Objectives:

  • Develop a better understanding of employees’ learning behavior and patterns
  • Develop a better understanding of the obstacles and challenges to learning in the workplace
  • Hear best practices from pioneering organizations who are redesigning their L&D programs based on shifts in workforce demand and corporate learning objectives
